My Background
Hands-on Business Leader and Entreprenuer
I am a mechanical engineer and an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management.
I started my career in manufacturing, first as a design engineer and then as a shop-floor manager. In 29-plus years in the corporate sector, I held several leadership and top management positions in big industrial houses and multinational corporations. I also had the opportunity to associate closely with some of the leading brands in India and worldwide and learn their best practices.
For the past six years, I have been running my own firm while also working as a consultant and mentor to businesses, as well as an adviser to enterprises.
I possess broad expertise across multiple domains such as sales, marketing, exports, project management, and overseeing all aspects of business operations. My experience spans various industries, including automobiles, auto components, tyres, consumer durables, kitchen appliances, air conditioning and ventilation, and environmental engineering.
During my career, I have worked for several multinationals to establish their presence in India from the ground up. These companies have also benefited from my assistance at both the Regional and National level, in terms of growth and expansion. In addition, in a short period on both domestic and international markets, I effectively turned around several Indian and multinational undertakings from being unprofitable to profitable entities.
My Mission
To help entrepreneurs and small businesses acquire the necessary skills to transform into sustainable, successful & scalable entities.
Financial constraints and a variety of other factors often make it difficult for businesses, SMEs or start-ups to compete against larger companies.
Often, they avoid seeking professional help critical to long-term business growth because:
- They don’t know where to find affordable and budget-friendly professional help.
- They believe seeking external help is risky and may not yield the desired results.
- They may not even realize that seeking professional advice can benefit them and propel their business to the next level.
Motivation
During my career, I have engaged and worked extensively with small businesses, including manufacturers, vendors, contractors, dealers, retailers, distributors, marketing and selling agencies, IT and logistics service providers, among others.
I aim to continue my association with them, serve them in a manner that best meets their aspirations, and help them grow to their full potential.
System
I’ve distilled three decades of knowledge and expertise into creating the Accelerated Transformation Method™️. This system empowers small businesses and entrepreneurs by enabling them to adjust their work approach, thus propelling them toward rapid growth and success.
The ATM system imparts the three fundamental parameters of Sustainability, Scalability, and Success to businesses in addition to aiding their rapid growth.
Community
With the small business owner’s aspirations in mind, I’ve established the Business Transformation Center™️. It’s a community where businesses can unite, collaborate, and collectively benefit from a collection of pre-recorded video courses and live interactive sessions.
Both formal, informal and participative interactions are facilitated in the community through private, members-only social media groups.
