Due to the nature of the business and the accessibility of our products / services / memberships immediately upon purchase, we have a strict 7-days refund policy, commencing from the date of purchase. 

Cancellation Rights & Refund

If you are not satisfied with the membership / programs / services (collectively, the ‘Product’) for any reason whatsoever, you can get a refund within 7 days of making a purchase. Please keep in mind that even though we offer a full money back guarantee, we will issue a refund only for the unused portion of the service.

In the event, that you wish to cancel and request a refund, you are required to do so in writing, within Seven (7) calendar days of making a purchase. Your request should be sent to us through the contact form in our website  or reach by email. The Agreement between you and Auctusol Services shall be deemed to be terminated from the date of receipt of your request for such cancellation or refund.

Conditions for Refund:

Notwithstanding the above, please expressly note that any refund processed by us against your cancellation, will be subject to the following:

  • Any refund amount will be processed for payment to you after adjusting your actual utilisation of our Product or the price of any training material/handout that may have been passed onto you when joining our program.
  • You will not be entitled to any cancellation or refund of any payment in the case of training programs/webinars/workshops and event / programs of similar nature even if your request is received by us within the stipulated seven (7) days from your purchase, provided that the event / program has already taken place within these 7 days.
  • All refunds, as applicable, will be processed after adjusting the GST amount charged to you. We will not be able to refund the GST amount charged to you under any circumstances.
